Privacy policy
CohortAide is in a validation phase. This page captures email signups so we can notify you when the product is ready. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Optional free-text answers you submit (pain point, follow-up).
- Optional multi-select feature preferences.
- UTM parameters and basic request metadata (user agent) to understand which marketing channels work.
- Anonymous analytics events (page views, form interactions) via our analytics provider.
What we use it for
One purpose only: emailing you when CohortAide is ready, and using your answers to inform what we build. We will not add you to a newsletter, drip campaign, or promotional list.
Retention & deletion
We retain signup data until the launch notification has been sent and you have either accepted or declined the invitation. To request deletion at any time, email us at the address below.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is stored with our hosting and infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) under standard data-processing terms.
